Time and again Japanese auto has proven themselves to be trustworthy and reliable. Today is the second time where I took my car in for an issue that seemed like it could be big, but because they found that it was a small thing (even though it still took them some time to find the issue), they weren't going to charge me anything for it. Of all the places I've been to for auto repair, none has ever been so honest and generous. I definitely highly recommend them.

Solid repair shop!!! Brought my beater Civic in for a new timing belt and a small laundry list of other things to fix that I didn’t have time for. They were very professional, punctual, polite and professional! (did I say that already?) Now my car runs like the finely crafted machine the Japanese folks intended it to be. I really appreciate the honesty and their ability to relate to the customer! I’ll bring my car back here every time! You’re missing out by not using these guys...

These guys are top notch. My battery died and I lifted my hood to find mice turds and M and M bits on my engine. I was sure that the mice has eaten my wires. They assured me it was coincidental, and that I must have left a light on in the car. They charged my battery, cleaned the mice pee and poop and billed me ZERO, NO CHARGE. I will be a returning customer!

I was referred to Japanese Auto by a local body shop. I'm glad I went. I've been three times now. I find them to be honest, fair and timely. They sent me to another place when they couldn't help and provided advice on how to negotiate. I'll be back!

Talented, trustworthy mechanics. Affordable prices too -- sometimes they wouldn't even charge me, if they couldn't find a problem or it was little. Only complaint is that they have limited hours compared to other places, but it's worth adjusting your schedule to get in here!
