Liberty Title Insurance and Real Estate Closing Services - Ann Arbor Michigan - Packard Street

Working with Landon Woods at Liberty Title was an absolute pleasure. I never would have guessed that trying to give a mortgage company a $200,000 check would be a problem--but getting the payoff to my mortgage was not easy. Landon called them everyday trying to get the information for me. He let me know everything that was going on and worked with me to get the issue straightened out. In the middle of my misery we could even laugh about the craziness. Everything else with the closing was uneventful and very professional. I appreciate all that they did and how easy they made everything for us and the buyers of my home.

I've relied on Liberty for title and closing services for 10 years, and have been consistently pleased with the knowledge and skill of their staff; with their professional attitude; and with the high level of service everyone in the organization provides my clients with their real estate transactions. While I appreciate Liberty's strong support in the day-to-day flow of my business, they really distinguish themselves when presented with challenging, out-of-the-ordinary situations where their skill, expertise and go-the-extra-distance attitude have made the difference between success and failure in a number of my client's very complicated real estate transactions. Liberty Title has worked to earn my confidence; to earn the trust and thanks of my clients; and for those reasons is always my "go-to" provider of trusted, professional title and settlement services.

By far the best title company around. Everyone is so knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions you have. The Packard location is so convenient and easy to get to and closing in a vault can be entertaining. I really appreciate Liberty's professionalism and proficiency. I also like that everyone in the company is easily approachable, even the owners.

As a Realtor this is the only title company I use when I have a choice because they have been so good to me and my clients. Liberty has helped me navigate some incredibly tough transactions like death in the family, estate, divorce, short sale and etc. Liberty has fixed issues that other title companies told me where not possible. When dealing with your largest transaction you need the best. You need Liberty.

My wife and I closed on our house last year at the Packard office and had a great experience. Everyone at Liberty Title was incredibly professional, helpful and thorough. Steve L's handling of us and the seller was impeccable and we left thoroughly satisfied with their efforts. Will definitely use them again!
