Never been to a place that really showed there disinterest in doing business with a cash customer. Was totally ignored when I asked to start paperwork on a bike I picked out. I'll take my money and business elsewhere. Thank you.

I went into clinton cycles one morning as they were opening and  didn't seem to gwet service for about 15 min. Once I was helped the reps seemed pretty nice. I ordered a clutch cable and a fuel pump o ring and that was 3 FRIDAYS AGO !  I've called twice and all I get is " oh the person that handles parts is not in right now . I even asked if I can get a refund and was told that there is a 25%!!!!! Restocking fee ??? Get real , will never shop here again .  I actually called Fairfax cycles they had the o ring I needed if not my bike would still be down .

This shop is so sh**ty they still have my bike and it's been here for 6 months. Take your bike here if you want you may not get it back.

Took my bike there after a accident thinking they were a reparable the responsible company ,little to my  surprised they had my bike for 7 to 8 months I couldn’t take it anymore went and got my bike ,things on the bike was broken that wasn’t broken when I took it in there screws were missing very unprofessional
