If you're new to buying a scooter, Federal Cycles is the best choice. Navid and his team helped me find the right scooter and keep the thing in working order. I drive all the way up to Maryland from N. Virginia when I need checkups because I can expect rapid service, reasonable prices, and ethical business practice. Keep it up boys, you're killing it!

I bought my scooter from Federal Cycles and have been using their services for 5 years now. The service here is great. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend any scooter/cycle purchase or service from Federal Cycles.

This place is awesome! Took my bike in for a tire change and to get a few parts swapped out and couldn't be happier, the work was done fast and done well at very reasonable prices. Hugh was great at giving a walk through of what work was done and took the time to answer all my questions about the work, my bike, and riding in general (I'm a new rider). I will definitely be a repeat customer!
PS They also sell a small selection of gear here.

I've had my Vespa serviced here the past few times rather than taking it to a local dealer. The staff has been great about communicating the work they do and I've never had any problems with their workmanship, always a top-notch experience!

I have a 2005 ET2 Vespa that hadn't run correctly for years. I had tried a lot of other shops in the area, Arlington, etc. But Federal diagnosed the issue correctly and fixed it right the first time, so the bike now runs perfectly. And they didn't charge me much. I wish they were closer, but if I ever need service again, this is my shop!
