I was bummed they were liquidating their climbing gear, but I get it... hiking, ENOs, kayaks... whatever pays the bills and I enjoy them all as well. Good news is discounts on whatever climbing gear is left. Staff was super friendly, and offered to still order spools of cordage at a great price. Stoked on this find.

I love this place. The sales are very good. They make up for size by only stocking good stuff. I try to shop here before I shop online and I always shop here a day or two before a big trip. The staff is very knowledgeable. They carry seasonal gear well into the season your, in which is nice; you can get a winter hat in January instead of only October.

Thought it was nice but they are apparently closing their brick and mortar store and just doing internet sales (but check their website to make sure).

I bought a well known product from them and it turned out to be defective. They stood behind the product, no questions or hassles and replaced it. Will absolutely go back.
