Someone told me was the place to purchase equipment and go for service, see Josh and you would be taken care by the best in the industry. So I go in and I was told Josh has moved on to another company (and I see why). No help on the floor, employees telling me their pay has been cut since the new company purchased Moe's? (Why do I need to hear that??). They told me Wal-Mart greeters make more??? (I was told Moe's in Springboro was purchased and the other location in West Chester got shut down, I had no idea). It took forever for someone to come up front and try to help me. Help was the last thing I got, the only thing they new about the equipment I was looking at was it is that it was red in color. I asked them about financing and got the deer in the head lights look!!! Long story short, this is not a place to go for your equipment needs. Not sure about the service side of the business, but if it mimics the sales department I would run far far away. Employees arguing with each other on the floor, a nice store and showroom but no desire to take care of the customer. I might go here if I need a bolt or something hardware related other than that I will take my lawn care needs somewhere else!!!

Tonight I came in looking for a hard water spot remover. The gentleman there recommended I take a sample of a new product "bio-clean." He was so helpful and the product is fantastic. I used vinegar, baking soda, and numerous glass cleaners and bio-clean took the water spots off easily. Thank you!!! I also love your Benjamin Moore paint. The team is always so helpful there. Thank you!!

This store is plagued with a Point of Sale system either too advanced or too ancient for the staff to run effectively. Multiple attempts to purchase product in this store result in long lines, wasted time and frankly me wishing I drove to Lowes/Home Depot or Menards. The staff seems to believe they are providing service, however when challenged it becomes evident they do not have the desire or understanding to address a direct customer concern. Add to that the requirement to provide your drivers license number when attempting to complete a same day return - I for one would never visit this store for anything other than a convenience purchase.

My son loves this store. He asks to visit weekly, just to sit on the mowers. It is the highlight of his day. The staff's understanding that not all of my visits include purchasing items, they understand how much my son's opinions of mowers matters.

I went in to purchase a chain saw and they had the Stihl model I wanted in stock and they were great about getting me in and out and on my way. I inquired on a Boss snowplow at the same time since they were advertising them. I needed one for my new long driveway. The equipment manager took my contact info and said he would contact me. After multiple attempts to reach him and getting no price, timeline, details or anything I ended up spending my money elsewhere.
I left with my new chainsaw thinking I found the place I would purchase all my power equipment from (I need a new commercial zero turn too), but I dont think I will be going anywhere near Moe's again.
