REI

REI doesn't support my constitutional rights (without them we wouldn't exist), I no longer support REI. Below was my 5 star review. Keep to selling tents, you used to be good at that... Awesome staff, good selection of products, I always walk out with something I purchase when I visit. The only thing I'd like to see more of are Ultralight products like titanium items and quilts. I realize the majority of their customer base isn't in the market for these things but it would be nice if they had 1 or 2 of these things on hand for us weight weenies. The classes are informative, the employees are knowledgeable and very willing to help. The garage sales are great from what I hear (I work every Saturday so I can never go to them!). The membership dividends are also very nice when they pay out!!

Great customer service. I bought a pair of Brooks running shoes online had them for a couple of months and was running over the sides of the shoes. I called them up to see if I could get a partial credit as they were not cheap and none of my other brooks had this issue. To my surprise they said bring them in with the order # and pick a new pair. I even said that doesn't seem fair and I should just get a partial credit and they said 100% satisfaction guaranteed so you get a full refund. Needless to say I will be shopping there more b/c they stand behind what they sell and were so nice.

Love shopping here! They have a great selection of outdoor gear and everyday wear. There's something for the whole family. They also have a lot of fair trade and organic products. And the 1 year return policy is nice.

The people who work here are so helpful! It's kind of expensive, but I'm also always confident that the products are quality. And the 100% return is a major bonus, and the main reason I'm cool paying when similar items are less costly on Amazon or whatever.

This was my first visit great place lots of cool hiking, camping, kayaking, rock climbing stuff I just wish they had one closer to were I live. Staff was very nice and helpful had a large selection of everything didn't really find what I was looking for but I think it was a order only item but I was impressed over all with the store. If you like the outdoors visit this place the definitely have stuff you will like.
