In a day when mediocre customer service is seen as acceptable, it is so nice to visit a store like Orvis in Kenwood.  They always go above and beyond to help.  Thank you for your outstanding customer service.

Orvis provided a Great experience providing me with assistance identifying the fly rod, reel and other equipment I was wanting for an upcoming salmon fishing trip!  Thank you Bob.  I will be back as often as possible. Highly recommend!
