MY JNC jump packs never let me down. I would recommend these products to everyone. Been using them for over 10 years . They are only the best!

Garbage quality product, spent $180.00 for their "high quality booster pack" was only used 5 or 6 times, only 2 months out of warranty & its dead, no customer consideration, they want $115.00 to fix it plus shipping.

Purchased a JNC660 jumper pack in January 2016. Didn't need to use it until yesterday 9/6/2016. Unit is completely dead and unresponsive. Has a 1 year warranty however the company wants me to pay shipping to have them look at it. Unit weighs about 18lbs so not worth it.

I wouldn't recommend wasting your time or money on this product.
