Hello I am here to inform anybody who's worked for ford to seek other place of employment. My experience with does was completely unprofessional, I quit the job because I was being harassed by security and followed around as if I committed some Crime but I worked there, treating me like some criminal. On top of that I have still yet to receive my payment from them when they legally owe me money. If you are looking for a job that doesn't discriminate towards there employees this isn't the place to come . I have been waiting longer than 30 Days for them to process my enrollment information for my payee card and still nothing. This is by far the most unprofessional homophobic place of employment in the state in Missouri. Not worth it at all. Beware

This place is a swamp!!! If you are a truck driver avoid it at all costs! Dispatch told me that I have an appointment at 09:00 am. I came on time but security guard turned me around and told me that my appointment is at 11:30 am. So I came back at 11:30 am. and he told me to drop a trailer!!! Why I need an appointment just to drop loaded trailer?!?!?! And it was an expedited load! They waste lots of money by paying for expedited load which is not expedited.
Ford's shunt truck drivers do not stop on stop signs! I wish to have a dash board camera to record them. They expect from you to be a professional truck driver. You need to ware a reflective vest, move the tandems and shut-off engine but who they are? Bunch of loosers!!!

Same experience as all the other drivers. Third trip here ( expedited ) and third trip with issues . Today's adventure , no one at the dock I have an appointment for , please come back tomorrow.
Very rude gate personell. Up to and including talking through the window with a mouthful of food , crumbs just flowing out with his non-sensical commentary.
Ford employees post on here about a possible bad day. For them, I say , 3 trips and 3 bad days, that would be a 100% ratio. If you wish your plant to have an awful reputation, then you ARE doing at ONE thing correctly.

TRUCKER'S NOTE: If delivering paint to dock 750, be sure to stop at Gate 6 for the young lady to log your truck and trailer. The front gate won't tell you this important tid bit. Also, after docking in 750, go find someone to unload you or you'll be sitting there for six hours. The gate apparently doesn't notify the paint dock, so be proactive. Nice folks.
