Excellent old style service actually helps the customer and does not rely on the computer to say what works or what is available. Super friendly and helpful staff. Extra clean and organized.  Best shopping experience  in decades.

Napa is starting to fade into the norm of auto parts stores like oreilys, autozon, advance etc. Sometimes you will get clueless poorly trained staff but the quality of their parts is still better than most auto parts stores.

Sold me a windshield wipers that wasn't right for my car.  Took forever to get it right.  One employee didn't want to help at all but another one was helpful.

It's a good place to go. Most of the time you get someone who is more than helpful,  unlike other auto part stores similar to this one.
