Club At Cherry Hills Apartments

We've lived here almost a year, and the service have been %100 perfect! Maintenance is done extremely fast when you put in a work order for them. They're friendly, and very professional. We will sign a lease for another year do to their great service

They are definitely racist!!! They didn’t work with me they wouldn’t let me sign another lease bc they were racist! They definitely didn’t have a reason not to I’ve always paid on time they’ve never worked with me they are rude make sure you document everything with them bc that was my mistake or I would take them to court they’ll say one thing then next the other I don’t recommend the club at cherry hills apartments not even to my worse enemy.

I current live here and have nothing bad to say! I love my apartment, it was clean at move in and has only needed two maintenance repairs which were both taken care of promptly. The grounds are well maintained, great for dogs. Love the gym and Amazon locker too. Haven’t had any issues with neighbors/safety knock on wood!. Would recommend.

Ive lived here for 11 years, The staff is always friendly and helpful. The maintenance crew is prompt and know how to fix anything, from plumbing to painting they keep things running well. The rent is reasonable, I feel safe and you really can't put a price on that. If you are looking to rent, Cherry Hills is where you want to be.

Scott Carson was awesome did his work fast and quietly in the morning to get my slider door and an outlet changed and seemed eager to help me out and get the job done correctly

I have lived here for about 6 months now and I have enjoyed my time here! The leasing staff are friendly and helpful. Moving in was smooth and super low stress! The community is quiet and peaceful. This is one of the BEST maintenance experiences I have had at an apartment complex. The maintenance team is on it. I have yet to put in a request that was not taken care of in less than 24 hours! Thank you, Eddie, Alan, Don, and Dylan for being awesome!

After paying a non refundable $550 “move in fee” instead of a deposit, I figured that would be enough to cover a simple carpet cleaning when moving out. The carpet wasn’t in great condition when we moved in and had spots that just got darker with time. We never spilled a single thing on these carpets. Now upon moving out we get a ridiculous bill, $200 to clean the carpets, utilities from two months ago, and rent for the four days this month that we weren’t even there?!! Over $300 they say I owe. What the hell did the $550 cover I paid only 8 months ago?? Absolutely ridiculous, I have never once been charged anything when moving out of a place as I clean it top to bottom and leave it completely spotless. I have always gotten ALL of my security deposits back! All they had to do was get the carpets cleaned which THEY SHOULD DO NO MATTER WHAT when someone moves out. They assured me when moving in that normal wear and tear would be covered with that $550. They obviously lied. They also did this to two other people I know that recently moved out. The whole apartment was also pretty outdated and drafty resulting in $300+ electric bills for a one bedroom. Wouldn’t recommend.

I moved into these apartments in April of 2020 and I have loved every second of living here. They make everything so easy. You can literally do everything from your phone. Pay rent? From your phone. Maintenance? From your phone. Laundry? FROM YOUR PHONE. The staff here is responsive and works around your schedule. Any maintenance request I submitted was addressed within 24 hours if not immediately and it was never a shoddy job, they take their work seriously and do it right. The pool is well maintained and is patrolled by security to keep non-residents out so its never crowded and I always felt safe letting my daughter swim there. Its a very family oriented community and everyone I've run into seems to REALLY want to be a great neighbor. My neighbors have guarded packages that arrived for me while I was out of town and brought me carrot cake! My bills were cheap because the apartments have really efficient systems. Its been a wonderful experience and if I ever move back to Wichita, I would absolutely move back into these units.

I’ve lived here for a little longer than a year. Lately I have been working from home & doing college remotely & every time that something needed maintenance they fixed it within two business days. I needed the oven repaired & when it didn’t work after an attempt at fixing it they completely replaced it. It took about six months to get the treadmills serviced by an outsourced repair company but they have been fixed also. Probably the best part of these apartments that the washer & dryer units are in the basement so you never have to walk through the rain with clean laundry.

I have enjoyed living at Cherry Hills. The staff is always super nice and helpful, and I haven't had a maintenance call that took more than 24 hours to respond/fix. The pool was good, a little cloudy at times, but free of debris, and the patio was always clean. I do wish the apartment had a washer/dryer hookup, but I loved my apartment otherwise. It was huge, with two balconies/sliding doors at each end of the apartment, and new carpet and paint when I moved in, all for a really great price per month. The floors were quiet for the most part, and always clean and safe. Parking is definitely something management should fix - they should assign 1 or 2 spaces per unit, and have other cars park in a different lot because it was hard to find a spot close to my apartment. And management definitely needs to address residents cleaning up after their pets - there was constantly piles of poo in the grass as I left for work everyday, and the area underneath my patio in the back so I couldn't open the screen door without smelling it.
