Felt ignored when I repeatedly explained I have lower back pain. I can't even take a walk around the block without feeling like my whole lower back is on fire and these guys are telling me I'm confusing it with "soreness" from the work out. Then I was told to be cautious about getting any imaging done to assess my pain because it would make me prone to making excuses. So upset to have my issues disregarded and my discomfort made into a matter of my inability to endure a work out. I would suggest to anyone with chronic pain to be assessed by a physical therapist before going to the gym.. these guys don't give af about that.. to them you are just making excuses about what you can and can't do...disgusted.

No sauna or pool. Very small location and basic. Hours are 24hours for full members or platinum only. Belleville location larger and with more to offer. This location does have Zumba classes, showers, and lockers.

Omg, trying to cancel with them has been the WORST experience and their gym sucks...everything is dated, dirty and always smells awful. I’m FINALLY out after this month! I’ll never recommend them. I tried to get out 6 months ago and they couldn’t do it because there wasn’t a manager.

One of the many gyms I frequent and it's always one of my favorites! They place is huge so even when it's busy you don't feel like you're crammed in there like a lot of other gyms. They have a huge variety of equipment and do a good job keeping the place looking good. If you're looking for a new 24 hour gym definitely check them out.

As a former member I attempted to rejoin and was denied entrance because I refused to give club fitness a debit card number, allowing them to automatically deduct from my account monthly. I was then told I could join if I paid the entire annual membership along with the club's annual user fees up front. When I asked how much that cost was I was quoted $419.00. Anyone knows if my monthly membership is 19.99, and $20×12mo=$240, and the annual gym user fee is 29.99, this doesn't add up to $419. So, what is additional cost. I was told by corporate that they would be automatically charging me $199.00 renewal fee. So, because I refused to give Club Fitness my debit card info, the only option I would have is to join their gym for 2yrs, automatically, paying all fees & cost up front. This is absolutely ridiculous. And if more people would stop allowing company's like this to take advantage of them, maybe we would have more Americans with better credit ratings.
