The Sweat Shop Fitness Center

I became a member of The Sweat Shop Fitness Center in September 2017. I immediately joined their spin class and was hooked. I spin three days a week and use the gym to workout the other three days. With this workout combination and a good diet in place I have lost 30lbs. I've also made some good friends in the spin class and absolutely love the instructors. I would highly recommend The Sweat Shop for anybody looking for a lifestyle change. I know they are running a summer special but you'd have to contact them to get the details.

The best gym around! Open 24 hours and a low membership price. Can’t beat it! Been a member for years.

Carterville benefits from having this gym. It offers residents a quality local gym at an inexpensive price. It has all the basics you would want in the gym in addition to classes.

Best gym around. No where near the shady contracts and questionable business practices of the local name brand gym!
