Club Fitness of Decatur

I travel extensively for my job, so I’ve seen a gym or two. This is an “old school” fitness center, with plenty of machines, free weights and two separate areas for classes. What makes this club unique is the staff. They are always welcoming and ready to give advice or demonstrate proper technique. The members are a mix of young and old, in shape and just starting. This is a club where everyone feels at “home”. Great club and staff, definitely five stars.

I started at club fitness CrossFit Hera about a month ago. So far I have enjoyed everything about being a member of club fitness. Personable owners and trainers. Very willing to work with each clients needs and wants. I also had my first one on one training session today with John and it was exactly what I wanted to get out to it. Ashley’s crossfit program is exactly what I was looking for and plan to me a member of this program/ gym for many years to come ! Thank you to the Davis team for the awesome experience

I love the staff, variety of classes, convenience, and times they offer classes. I am a busy professional and mom of three older kids so I need to get a great work out in when I have the time and Club Fitness encourages group and solo fitness styles. CROSSFIT HERA is like family and Christine Dugan has AWESOME YOGA class! Personal trainers are positive and meet you where you are in your fitness and diet levels. No shaming ever!

Great place to work out. People are there for one reason only, to get in shape. Highly recommended.

I've visit this gym on a few occasions. I keep coming back because the staff is very friendly and always nice. There is zero intimidation when you walk in, unlike some other gyms I've been to.
