This gym isn't exactly cheap to be a member but it has everything you need and most of what you'd want to boot. The swim area is with the price alone during winter! And Paula's basic training class on Thursdays will kick your booty in all the good and exhausting ways! She's awesome!

Lots of good classes. Some though are additional charge. Great instructors. Very nice facility

Clean, friendly staff and instructors. Spa is excellent.

Everything one would need for a fitness activity. Staff is friendly. Equipment is safe and pleantiful. Could use an overall on the locker rooms.

The walking track the easy on your feet. Clean all kinds on weight and programs. Great place.
