My favorites are the Pilates and Aquatic programs. The Pilates room is to die for! They have several reformers and the skilled staff to train you. All the staff are professional and skilled. The rehab program helped me gain strength after a lengthily illness. A very comfortable and friendly place. Not ur typical health club.

Great staff and a friendly environment, I've dropped in a few times and their coaches are great. Gym has plenty of equipment and all the members were very friendly.

Absolutely loved this gym. Friendly staff, very clean facility, and lots of amenities. The people who go to this gym are also friendly and easy to be around. Highly recommend.

It's clean, has many machines to choose from, offers childcare, a variety of classes and has the facilitates for me to get ready before work.
