Centegra Health Bridge Fitness Center-Huntley

This Facility Is One Of The Bestest In The Huntley Area.This Is My First Time Experience There.The Staff There Is Friendly And The Atmosphere Is Very Positive.The Fitness Equipment Is Kept Very Clean Just How It Should Be.The Outdoor Pool Area Is Nicely Laid Out For A Fitness Center.The Concession Stand Really Has A Limited Menu Which Isn’t The Best Though.This Facility Has A Subway Inside There In Which I Never Eaten At A Fitness Facility Similar To This One.Overall I Really Enjoyed This Fitness Facility And The Memberships That It Offers Throughout The Year And For The Summer Memberships.I Will Definitely Keep Showing Up To Workout There.

An unfortunate end to a fair gym experience. I appreciated the equipment and the space. The daycare was helpful for me as a first-time mom. However, learning that children weren't allowed in the pool area during weekdays altered my opinion of the facility's family friendliness. Then, learning my one year old would cost $10 a day to get into the outdoor pool really steered me away from utilizing my membership during the summer months. When my family moved due to my husband starting the police academy, cancellation came with unexpected bumps. There is a policy that states you will be charged an entire month of membership (on top of the 30 day cancellation period). Unfortunately, this was not verbally expressed to me when I asked the membership specialist detailed questions regarding cancellation due to my knowing our family would be moving from the area within the year contract period. Not only was the extra charge troublesome for my family's currently single income, but the membership supervisor, Kevin's patronizing email conversation with me regarding the situation left an even more bitter taste in my mouth. Hopefully this review gives new gym members the extra information I was foolish enough to think was given to me verbally.

I actually really like this facility. Here is the thing. I've spent a lot of time at both centegra and lifetime and centegra is always clean. Lifetime isn't. Centegra does have an annoying contract but if you do need to leave it (which I have when I was in fl on for work for a year) they do accommodate immediately with proof of new address. Their pool is quiet for a workout and gym isn't to bad as far as crouding. Good place

What I love the most about their programs is that they have the client welfare at heart. I can tell that this is a really great facility.

3 treadmills didn't work and the staff didn't even know - took a disgruntled client that was already having a tough time getting there, to alert them to the lack of 2 treadmills even powering up and another with no sound and horrible picture on the screen......this is NOT the first time we have experienced these troubles....
