Coach Blizzard Tours

I took a bus trip to Sight n Sound in Lancaster, PA on April 6 & 7. Our bus was late and it had no heat. Our driver stop along the way to see if he could fix it, whatever he did it did not work. I do believe that the person in charge was in contact with the CB Tours office while we were in route. Day 2 we still had the same bus, weather conditions worsen (snow) and still no heat. The driver could barely defrost the windows as we got closer to the Hampton Roads area, it began to rain. After having an otherwise great weekend, this bus ride was my worst ever.

Really does not deserve a 1 🌟, but it wouldn't let me post anything without a rating! Not sure how you have received these 5 🌟 rating, but TODAY you receive a ZERO for me! We traveled to Lancaster PA on Friday morning from Hampton VA. 1st our bus was 30 minutes LATE then we have no HEAT! The bus driver tried to fix something, but he's no mechanic! Now fast forward to Saturday, still no HEAT & the conditions outside worsen....it snowned & rained so it was COLD outside & even colder on the bus! How as an owner did you not know your bus didn't habe have any HEAT????
