Eastern Shore VA Welcome Center

We were caught in the snow storm when the bay bridge was closed to truckers and any pickup truck that was carrying anything in the bed of the truck. When my husband repacked our truck, moving everything to the back seat of the truck, his wallet fell out of the truck and was soon found by a trucker who kindly turned it into the state trooper. You can't begin to imagine how much your honesty, humor and help is appreciated. Thank you to all involved. My faith in humanity has been restored.

They should have a water fountain. Bathrooms are usually very clean. Rocking chairs out front in shade. But there should be a water fountain. Not everyone can afford 1.75 for a bottle of water when you have 3 kids. Can't fill cups up in bathroom as it is a low spray

Stop here every time I come south. Always bright, clean facility. Great help at info desk.

Great visitor center. We’ll wonderful dioramas and information on the wildlife in the area. Maps of trails and a cute gift shop.

The ladies working there were the best. My car battery died and everyone was accommodating and very helpful. The bathrooms need to be a little bit cleaner tho
