Coach

December 15th 2022, I went inside looked around for 5 minutes, then I sat down for 5, maybe 10 minutes. Not one of the 3 people who were standing around spoke to me once, essentially ingored I was there. Was it my clothes? My hair? My hat? I don't know, I walked out shortly thereafter a bit bothered by the whole experience.

I have been deciding between two bags from Coach for a few weeks now. I went to the Coach store at Rockingham Mall and had the pleasure of meeting Nicoll who was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. You can tell she loves the brand and genuinely wants to help!

I received wonderful service at this location! I came in to treat myself to a purse and had a great experience. One staff member cleaned my purse while the other became my personal shopper and helped me choose a purse and suggested a matching wallet that I ended up getting as well. Quality products and attentive staff made it a great experience.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The purse I chose for my wife for Xmas was $350. I was happy with it but then, my wife runs into TWO different women who paid $155 and I believe $125 respectively. She looked both bags over....they were identical! Needless to say I won't be going back there and, as a matter of fact, I am going to approach these theives for a refund. I believe the two women purchased their bags at an Outlet store. I DO realize that an outlet store charges less BUT, this is WAY out of line. $30 maybe... but a More than DOUBLE?? BAD....very BAD

I received a beautiful bag for my 50th birthday on 11/4. I immediately placed my personal items in the new bag, very excited. But to my dismay it wasn't quite large enough. While switching back ito my original bag, I had placed the new one on my floor. Having done so, I was told by Josie the store manager at this location, tha bag was "filthy and scratched beyond a resale item. " I called ahead of driving to the Coach Store so not to make a wasted trip. I spoke to Josie and explained the situation. That received the bag and I wanted to return to purchase another bag or two. My husband spent $740.00 for this bag, much too much for one item. I explained that I had the bag in all its original packing, receipt and everything necessary. Imagine my SHOCK when I was told this bag was again completely scratched on the metal feet and again filthy inside? I asked that it must have been from placing on my floor while transferring the personal items and perhaps a smudge from my compact? Which I easily wiped away. Not only was I humiliated and not able to return or get other products, I was made a fool and ridiculed as I questioned the so called "scraches" of the feet on the bottom of the bag. Scratches not seen by the naked eye I'm guessing. So Thank You Josie, you have lost a lifetime customer of Coach. This was my 7 gift from my very generous husband from Coach. The situation could have been handled in a much more professional manner... I am disgusted with this store and how I was treated.... Anyone that can afford a Coach bag at $740.00 to $1100.00 should NOT be treated like a second class citizen. I will do all I can to get this store to be humbled and apologize for how they treated me..... I was so angry and uoset I left there crying!!!!! NO MORE COACH BAGS! Michael Korrs, Here I come!

Extremely Corona conscious. The lady who helped us was knowledgeable, professional and helpful without being overbearing. Ended up buying a purse that I absolutely love!!

You can't find a friendlier place to spend half your paycheck! Quality leather that will out last the style choices of its owner.
