I was looking for a wedding dress cleaning/preservation after about two months of procrastination. I found Coastal Cleaners via Yelp and messaged them through the app. Frank was very responsive and I was able to just send him a photo of my dress for an estimate. He picked up my dress the next day yes, free pick up and drop off! Much appreciated, not having a lug a heavy dress back and forth. The quoted time was about a month but it was ready two weeks earlier. My dress came back in a nice keepsake box inside another cardboard box, so there is an extra layer of protection. The whole process from beginning to end was easy and stress free. Highly recommend!

Coastal cleaners did a phenomenal job with my wedding dress, the process was super easy for pickup and drop off. My dress had quite a few grass and dirt stains from muddy/rainy weather, and the dress looks brand new. I recommended to a friend who also used them for wedding dress preservation, which also was done well.
