S K Dry Cleaning is the best! They are always so nice and do a great job at dry cleaning our shirts/coats. I would definitely recommend going here!!

May be the worst Dry Cleaning/Laundry experience I have ever had. I have been using them for about 10 months now. I do about 70 lbs of laundry a week with another $50-$100 in dry cleaning. I would assume I am one of their top clients until I had an issue. Late last week I had purchased some new jeans and dropped them off to be dry cleaned. Each pair of jeans cost well over $250 per. I went to put them on today noticed each one had a dark mark down the side. I went in to let them know and legit got laughed at. I asked them to pay for one pair and they then laughed again. This is not the first time my clothes have been damaged. They have damaged close to $5,000 worth of close in the last 30 days alone. At this point I was furious and pulled all my clothes from them and will never use them again.

I used SK Dry Cleaning for their wash and fold services. When I dropped off my clothes, I separated the whites and showed/discussed the separation with the staff. I picked up my clothes a few days later and then at home discovered that my whites were no longer white. They were in fact blue/purple/gray. I was incredibly upset and brought the clothes back but they denied any responsibility for this. It was the most frustrating situation and I left incredibly upset because there was not an ounce of customer service shown. I vow NEVER to go there again as this was a scarring incident. I did dispute the charge for the wash & fold through my credit card company and was refunded the $26.40 but this does not cover the cost of the clothing that was ruined - including a brand new sweater I wore only once.

For two years I had no issues w dropping items off I live around the corner and despite negative reviews all my experiences were pleasant and it’s right around the corner from me so incredibly convenient but I dropped off one of my dresses that I not only needed for an event but was one of my favorite dresses and they lost it. The owner speaks very little English and had difficulty even understand the extent of my frustrations. I am fuming! And he just kept telling me to come back in a few days until it became a month. I’m incredibly disappointed and will not be going back! And if anyone took it on accident, black button front floral dress please bring it back :

This could be the worst dry cleaners in the City of Hoboken. Do not go here. I was a customer here and received terrible, rude service from the elderly man working behind the counter. There were two young ladies behind the counter that seemed somewhat friendly and courteous to customers but the elderly man behind the counter was very rude and it seemed like he just wanted me out of his establishment as soon as possible. This is odd because I always try to be kind and courteous with all the merchants I deal with. I will never go back here. I would never recommend this place to anyone else.

Very shocked at the low star reviews here. I've been using SK for 5 years now for dry cleaning and alterations and they are very professional, courteous and do a great job. No complaints here.

If I could give this cleaners zero stars I would. Their customer service is terrible, they have lost clothing of mine and my husbands and they even have a sign hanging up that states that are not responsible for damage to embellishments on clothing. When I asked them about the damage to my dress they said I should hand wash it and press it myself. I wouldn't recommend this dry cleaner to anyone!

This is the worst dry cleaner in Hoboken. They lost my shirt, ruined another shirt and lost all my whites and tried to blame me. They have horrible customer service. The woman also stands on th corner smoking all day so hope you like your clothes smelling like smoke.

I have been using SK Dry Cleaning since the weekend they opened. They are always professional and courteous, they are conscientious, and they are great neighbors.
