Can get busy certain times. Not really available to non commercial on Mondays. Early closing every day but staffed every day except Sunday.

Fantastic dry-cleaning service from Gary at Riverside. Very reasonably priced especially considering Pick Up & Delivery was included. Will definitely be using again in the future.

25/01/20 Used the laundrette today, as our machine is broken. Friendly, polite and professional service. Our first visit, but was made to feel welcome, including regulars to the laundrette. I actually enjoyed the 2 hours we were there as it was so friendly. Will definitely use again. Thank you for your help and advice with the machines. It was much appreciated

I had to go get my super king duvet cleaned. So thought I would go here after the ine at basildon being so dirty. I can honestly say it's the cleanest laundrette I have ever seen. The machines were spotless. No animal hairs no grime the actual drum was shiny and clean so were the seals. It costs just £9 for the big huge machine. Bargain. The man was every so polite was at hand to help me. He was wiping the machines down keeping everything clean. He does service washed and all sorts. I even said to him never seen a washing machine so clean. I said it's nearly as good as mine at home and he laughed. So dont bother going anywhere else go to the Laundrette in Hullbridge if you ever need one.

So very impressed by this launderette in Hockley! From the moment I rang and asked about their services to leaving after getting a quick wash done, Gary was super helpful, friendly and almost anticipated the info that I needed, even supplying me with wash powder as I'd forgotten to bring some.

Brilliant service and friendly owner and staff Gary helped out with my mum who has never used a laundrette before and was very impressed and thankful 5 stars always reliable and good set of machines would recommend

This is a very nice family run lauderret with views of the river, with the Anchor pub down the road, all ways handy to have a coffee or a beer, and meal whilst you wait for your laundry to be sorted out.

Hi very good location u can park in free car park 2 minutes walk to launderette if u wish u can pay for service and go and have meal or if have children with u there's a park just 10mins walk down pooles lane but if not go down to the river and feed the ducks as the r always hungry but as for washing i recommend this lunderett it's the best

Fab friendly welcome, good availability of machines. Nice riverside walk to while away washing time.
