The staff are nice and the food is good, but they screwed up our order. Seems to happen a bit too often based off the comments. I'd come back though, unless it kept happening.

Very slow service (on average a 20 minute wait) and the handful of times I've been there twice my order was skipped. Both times I ended up waiting for 40 minutes, Also; both visits weren't at peak hours and I only ordered a single drink. When I finally got my coffee, this most recent visit, I was very disappointed with the taste. Needless to say I will not be visiting this caribou again.

I have only been here a couple times. It seems like a nice place except that the tables are crowded and you pretty much have to sit with other people if you stay.
