Fireflour Pizzeria & Coffee Bar

I want to be hand stretched like the mozzarella that is so gently placed upon the pies. The names of the pizzas are fun and silly without being to obtuse. They use the word zamboni to describe one of the dessert items and I can tell you from experience that they are not overusing the word nor under using the word. It is appropriately placed. I come her to celebrate celebrations and each time I do I remember why I chose this as my complex relationship I don't want to avoid. They really pound home the term yummy tummy in my mind.

I thought this place was just okay but I also know I'm not their target audience. It was very "hipster" with fancy coffee and organic ingredients... there's obviously nothing wrong with that but I'm just not someone who appreciates it and I spent $26 on a personal pizza and coffee (pretty spendy, in my opinion). I felt a little out of place. The pizza was done in a brick oven and took less than 5 minutes, which was nice. The tomatoes were obviously freshly crushed which made the pizza pretty wet. Again, it just wasn't my personal cup of tea but I'm sure many people would love it. The gentleman server was very enthusiastic and helpful.

Wow! Some of the best food I have found in North Dakota so far. Very unexpected! Our waiter was great. Everything we had was great and the espresso gelato to finish it off was perfect! Even my daughters Gluten Free pizza was excellent! Don't be afraid to try something new here Can't wait to come back!

Not your typical pizza. Not your typical dining experience. It's something different than you would normally find around town. Since it's not your typical pizza, beware that it's not for everyone. I thuroughly enjoyed my pizza. However others in my group were left less than satisfied. This had less to do with the quality of the food and more to do with their expectations not being in line with the type of food served.

The pizza was delicious. The wait was long (probably because the pizza is delicious). You pay for that higher quality. One pizza is large enough for two people, or one who is very hungry. Fireflour is next to a bar, so you could have a drink while waiting for a seat. They even page you when your table is ready. I will certainly go back.
