Coffee Cup Travel Plaza Steele

I just love this place for my breaks, but I wish the Caribou coffee employees were a little more on their game. I seem to always have an issue when I order a breakfast sandwich from them. They never check to see if an item is available before telling me they have it, then charge me for it. Today I asked them to check first and she did see they were sold out of it. Then she sells me another version but doesn’t bother to tell me it’s a mini sized. Why would you not bother to tell me the sandwich is mini sized until you had it over cooked?!

When paying for gas by credit card for convenience at the pump, the printer at the pump is usually always out of paper and you have to go into the establishment to obtain a receipt. You often wait in a long line to obtain a receipt, and when its your turn, they are often rude and tell you to go to the next rude cashier to wait in another long line. I used do do quite a bit of business here, but this is the last time. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I just moved to this town and this travel center is perfect for an escape from home there is a small park I can grab a cup of coffee and lunch with my kids at the park and their prices are reasonable grab a coffee refill for .69 fast friendly service very nice selection.

The place is very nice and clean, the price for fuel is one of the best, the service is very good, but the staff are very mean, they don’t tell you “hello”, and they never smile, everything is good except the staff, so thats why I give them 4 stars out of 5.
