I could not be happier with the beautiful ring custom made by Coffin and Trout. Danielle took the time to sit down with me and discuss my style choice and the overall feel for the design. The ring is all the more special because the diamonds in the ring are stones from my Grandmother and her mother. They were all different sizes and they came up with a design that's beautiful, combining the old with the new. I've had many pieces of jewelry designed by prior jewelers, but Coffin and Trout fully exceeded my expectations . The materials and workmanship are the best I've ever purchased. I will be a continued customer.

Danielle Ridgeway, is, by far, one of the most knowledgeable watch people i know, a Rolex expert for sure. From the first time I met her and expressed my interest in a particular Rolex model, she continually updated me. I’m not sure how she did it or what strings she had to pull, but she found the watch, let me know ASAP, and now I’m the proud owner. Thanks Danielle for being the consummate professional! You’re the best!

Brought in an old Rolex that needed some adjustment and Danielle and the team were professional and patient with my watch. Wasn't sure the time piece was gonna come through surgery ok as it had a severely bent pin but these guys are pros at what they do and finished the job. Thank you

My experience with Mr. Ed Perregaux at Coffin & Trout has been extraordinary. The shop is beautiful and Ed has been absolutely fantastic. He was very responsive in communication, he went out of his way to find the watch I wanted and to make sure I got the opportunity to purchase it. He was incredibly professional and extremely knowledgeable on all the products offered and even on vintage Rolex that are no longer in production. I will be purchasing other Rolex watches and possibly some custom jewelry from Coffin & Trout SPECIFICALLY because of the service Mr. Perregaux provided. If you are in the market for a Rolex (or custom jewelry) I highly recommend you talk to Ed at Coffin & Trout. I can buy a watch anywhere or have a ring made by anyone, but I don't think I will, C&T has earned my business. Ed was able to find me the Rolex I was looking for at a fair price. The watch is immaculate and I have full faith in very piece of it being original and authentic. It was exactly as he described and nothing was a surprise. C&T will be my go to Rolex service center as well. I have also been working with him on designing a piece for my girlfriend and its been great so far. Mr. Perregaux is incredibly knowledgeable in gems and jewelry as well so I have full faith that the piece will come out better than I can imagine and we will be very happy with the results. The knowledge, professionalism, courtesy, respect and communication is world class, the shop is immaculate and the service is top notch. Thanks!
