Incompetent or liars. Either is completely unacceptable if your telling customers you perform watch repair. My watch stopped working. I brought it to Walt’s. They told me my battery was fine. They didn’t know why it wasn’t working. They sent it to “watchmaker” ha ha! “Watchmaker said it needs a tune up and will cost $90. I declined. I picked up my watch and took it to Walmart. The lady there helped me open it. We found a battery for my flashlight on the watch and a second battery for the movement. We replaced the battery for the movement and the watch worked. Walt’s “watchmaker “ is incompetent or a liar! Either is unacceptable if your telling customers your sending their fine jewelry to a watchmaker!!!!!!!!!!

Had a great experience! We ordered a custom ring and it came out beautifully at a great price! Javier was an great person to work with and I would definitely recommend going here!

Snooty, awful customer service. Went there to have battery for my watch replaced. The moment I got in, everyone were staring at me, with snide from head to toe.. (especially the peope inside to office. Looked like they thought that I would rob their store??? Hello? Just because, i am not an old white lady, that doesn't mean I can't afford a piece of jewelry there. It was a very intimidating experience. Nobody greeted me, another lady came in (looked like she's friend of the saleslady) and she was entertained first with smile and fine chit chatting. I have to ask and wait for someone to assist me, quite insulting! A lady came out, finally and took my watch.. it took 25-30mins. or so, to replace a battery?? What? And trust me, the battery didn't last for 2 months. Go somewhere else. Don't wait to be treated the way I was treated, there are plenty of good jewelry and watch shops out there with friendly staffs and nice service. I have promised to myself that me, my family and all my friends will never ever step into this stablishment again.

I just have a word of advice for this establishment which is...Honor your word. Recent I took a ring in to have the prongs tipped. I was quoted $160 and told I could pick it up the following day. That afternoon I received a call and was informed that the cost of repairs would now be $260 to tip the prongs. Needless to say that was way above another quote we had received from another store so we declined repairs from Walts. The sad part is that we were new to the area and were looking for a jeweler/jewelry store that we could do business with for many years and establish a good rapport with . We had a great long term relationship with our jeweler in the state we came from and having bought many expensive pieces of jewelry we were always treated honestly and fairly. My point is this to you at Walt's. Had you of honored your word on such a simple and inexpensive repair then you would have had loyal customer for life. One who I'm sure would have bought several pieces of merchandise that would have by far offset any "loss" you might have incurred by honoring your word. While your store is nice and the staff polite, a person or businesses reputation is "priceless". Just food for thought.

Just got my swiss watch resized there. $8. Super friendly people and great service, nice that I have a local spot to bring my watches too!
