Just picked up an excellent pendant from the arizona mills location where I was given outstanding customer service and product quality and I will be back for more business.

Very nice experience shopping for a 20th Wedding Anniversary ring for my bride. Manager Steven and Sales Person Rhiannon did a fantastic job showing us different options for an anniversary ring. We never felt pressured or rushed during the shopping process. They had a great selection and had way more inventory for us to look at then the other jewelry stores at Arizona Mills. We selected a ring that needed to be sized down. We selected the ring one day before our anniversary and I was concerned that the style of ring would not allow it to be sized three sizes smaller. Steven offered to have their Master Jeweler assess the ring and let us know (before paying anything) if it was truly possible. We received a call the next morning confirming the Jeweler could do it. Not only could he do it but do it that same day. I went in to the store and spoke with the Jeweler and he admitted it would be difficult and not your usual sizing work; however, he was very happy to spend the extra time to do it. Five hours later, the ring was ready and he did a fantastic job. We paid the negotiated price and out the door we went! Happy 20th anniversary!.... a big part was due to the great staff at Pueblo. Awesome experience! Never had I felt at home at a jewelry store as I did today. No hesitation in going back and forth to show me all one-of-a-kind jewelry. They showed me their most expensive items; Rolex, heavy chains, bracelets, etc.

Beyond amazing experience and extremely profesional. Joyería del pueblo showed me the process and craftsmanship that they put in their product from start to finish. What's more amazing is the service and the willininess to help you on obtaining what your looking for at a great price that can't be compared.i never write reviews but I will recommend this jewelrly store to anybody who wants unique jewelry!

Horrible jewelry that's over priced. When I went in there they bad mouthed the other jewelry stores in the area saying that they rip people off. The staff wasn't very knowledgeable about diamonds or gold. A bunch of scammers.
