My experience with this institution is no doubt the worst experience I’ve ever had with any medical practitioner, and likely the worst experience I’ve ever had in my entire life. When I called to make an appointment, I was explicitly told there would be consultation before my surgery to talk over what would be most appropriate in my situation. However, there was no such consultation. Rather, I was openly mocked for even suggesting treatment out of the ordinary. The assistant said something along the lines of, “Ooh, big boy wants to make his own decisions!” Dr. Collins made a religious joke about wisdom teeth, that was literally the extent of my consultation. If I had had my wits about me I would have up and left, but my fear of surgery paralyzed me.
As a result of their arrogance and inability to take me seriously, I am now left permanently scarred with a painful and uncomfortable condition that I will likely live with for the rest of my life. I have consequently been depressed since the surgery, which was about four months ago. Virtually every day I am overwhelmed with bitter regret that I did not stand up for myself and walk out of that awful place. Virtually every day I am overwhelmed with pure loathing and hatred for Dr. Collins and what he has done to me.
I would only recommend Dr. Collins if you have absolutely no respect for your own intelligence or well-being. Otherwise, just about any other person or object would likely give you a more positive experience.

I took my partner here to get his wisdom teeth removed, and my experience can only be called bizarre. While I sat in the waiting room and my partner was being sedated, I was privy to a discussion between the doctor and his assistant about buying a gun. The assistant was looking at them on her computer, while the doctor offered advice about the best model for killing intruders. This seemed odd, certainly, but nothing prepared me for the doctor to take out his own gun. It was unloaded, which I could tell by the click, click, click as he repeatedly pulled the trigger. This made me uncomfortable enough, but the situation became even stranger when the doctor handed the gun to his assistant and gave her an impromptu lesson in shooting.
Some of this I glimpsed behind the counter, and some of it I discerned by hearing, but suffice it to say that it was just about the most uncomfortable I'd ever been in a public place. The complete lack of professionalism was astounding; I'm sure I'm not alone in my preference not to be faced with deadly weapons in a medical facility. By the time the doctor put his gun away and went back to perform my partner's operation, I was a bundle of nerves. And rightly so. The wisdom tooth removal took much longer than was predicted, and my partner faced long-term side-effects from the drugs that were prescribed for after the procedure.

fast service and fair pricing. I had a minor issue (removal of clogged salivary gland) but it was taken care of in less than 72 hours from when I called. Diagnosis and "surgery" was done in less than 30 minutes. This may not be the case for complicated surgeries but was for mine.
After diagnosis they told me the cost of the procedure. no surprises. They rightfully had me pegged for a cheapskate and told me I could save some money by skipping laughing gas.
Dr Collins is old school. Straightforward, no Nonsense Approach. He Talked to me like a normal person, not some arrogant academic. The facility functioned as a business and not a bureaucratic labrynth so often seen in today's medical world. I Would definitely recommend his services based on my experience.

Took a relative to have some teeth cut out. Very rude and bad bedside manner. Would not recommend to anyone.
