zero! They didnt care about my Daughters really bad infection she had to see the ER for and take antibiotics. ER wanted her seen as soon as possible considering her infection, this clinic didnt care, taking much longer to even see her... let alone do anything about it. I will not go here at all!!!!

My experience with this doctor he took a small fortune to so call fix a Inplant gone wrong I was told he could fix the inplant it was a mess I had a skin craft done cutting skin from my upper mouth to use around my tooth another disaster I have lump in the upper part of my mouth that I was asked if I wanted him to biopsy that, he had under estimated the size of my mouth being so small so it was all a disaster from hell It was never fixed by him an his procedure to fix the Inplant was worse when he finished than before I started I spent several thousand dollars an got nothing fixed, So beware because what your told an't what u get I still have a lump in the upper part of my mouth thanks to this procedure There should be more laws when it comes to dentist an more information on these dentist before going there I don't like writing complaints on dentist I just wish they would have to stand behind what they do

I went to Mercy Clinic Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery to have my wisdom teeth pulled. Dr. Frank R. Newman was great and he did a great job. Beware if you have Medicaid. They do not bill Medicaid because they think that its not covered. I spent 7 months trying to get them to send the bill. Today I talked to the billing department and the woman told me that they wouldn't cover so they didn't bother to bill them. I called medicaid and confirmed that they did cover the Oral surgery and that I was covered at the time.

Although I have pain from an extraction the Dr. made sure I was comfortable and took GREAT care of me! Would use them any time.
