Don't waste your time allowing these people to waste your time. I just spent 4 hours on these people to get some double-talk answer that should have been explained when I first called as to why they could not see me. I initially asked them for a second opinion on some work that had been done by another dentist. I was very clear on this when I first called. After 4 hours of waiting to be called back, having my records sent from the initial dentist, I was given a double-talk answer that they could not see me because they did not take over work having been done by a previous dentist. HUH?! Why did they not tell me this when I first called? Talk about a huge load of....(You fill in the blank). Thanks OMS for nothing!

I would so overall it was a good experience, considering I was getting my wisdom teeth removed. Although not completely healed yet (day 6 and it still hurts a little), I thought I'd give my review on OMS. The surgery went smooth and I was happy with how they handled it and my anxiety before going under anesthesia. It was done quicker than expected. I was a little frustrated that we called and left a message about bleeding the same day as the surgery and we never heard back from them that evening, even during business hours. Luckily the bleeding stopped so it didn't end up being a problem, I just wish they would've taken my message more seriously and returned our call the first day when it was still bleeding. The following days they have answered all my calls, even after hours and given me advice and if they think I'm fine, etc (any question I had really). I was impressed overall throughout the week as I called quite a few times. Overall, I recommend them for wisdom teeth removal. Thanks OMS. UPDATE: I ended up getting dry socket right after posting this originally. I was a little annoyed that they didn't think I had it at first and to just keep taking my medicine, but it got so bad a few nights I couldn't sleep, even while on all the medicine. After I ran out of my original subscription, I couldn't tolerate the pain so my doctor did a really good job of getting me in and relieving my pain (which was the most important thing at the time for me). I am now coming to the end of my dry socket after having dressings for just under 2 weeks put in, but they took care of me through it all.

I scheduled an appointment to have two teeth extracted approximately two months out. I was told over the phone that they would take my insurance, after providing them with the policy number, group number, and all pertinent information. The day of my appointment they bring me back and put me in the chair. The surgeon comes in and speaks to me about what to expect and gives me instructions for the rest of the day. After he leaves, a lady walks in and informs me that they, in fact, do not accept my insurance and that my procedure will cost me over $2000 out of pocket. Less than 5 minutes before I am to have my procedure done. When I tell her that I don't have enough to pay right away, she then says, "well how much do you have?" and asks me to pull out my wallet. I said, "no thanks, I'll go somewhere else." She then tries to get me to stay, saying they'll give me a discount, but at this point I had decided that I would rather deal with an office that's a bit more professional. I honestly felt like I was the victim of a scam where they were trying to get me in the door however they could, then strap me with an enormous bill. I would absolutely not recommend this office to anyone.

I have had tons of dental work since my youth, and now at 51 I finally found someplace that I will not cringe if I go back, in fact I will only go to them. Barely felt the injections; had no pain during or after the surgery and no complications. Communicated all the information and answered every question I had even on questions I had never received an answer to before. Never had a more pleasant experience in dental work in my life. Thank you very much.

Everyone was professional and friendly. They made sure I was comfortable and that I knew what was happening each step of the way. They make it a lot easier to have my dental needs taken care of. I would recommend them to anyone!
