So besides the very uncomfortable ride from these worn out seats on the "silver Star" (92) so I have diabetes thank god I brought my own food because I had along trip 8pm-3pm so I went to the food court around 12: 14 declined my service and told me I had to wait tell 6 . So now I get irritated and I fall asleep whatever I get up and go to the food cart once again because my sugar is running low it's 5: 00 am and he refused me again doesn't think it's right to treat your customers like that and from that being said will not ride a train again I'd rather ride the bus and take twice as long at least they stop at gas stations and doesn't tell you that you have to wait all night for a piece of chocolate done with amtrack 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

I've only been here a few times. Staff is nice and helpful. However on my last trip there was a different lady who was overly rude. Clearly she was not a morning person or hated her job.

I really think that it is well kept over the years. Certainly it needs to be modernized and updated. As an example, the trains status, the schedule or the updated arrivals and departures time. Why it has been always announced the exact same time for train arrival and departure. It should allow loading and unloading time between. But overall, it is safe and clean station.
