Well, don't have too much to say because they were not open during their posted hours and neither answered their phone number for access on a Saturday afternoon in April. Call ahead to see if they will be open. It's a pretty building on the outside, would have been nice to have seen the inside though. **** Upon visiting months later, things seem to have changed! Facilities open and staffed by helpful, friendly folks. A nice stop on a daytrip

Well we drove way out of our way canceled other plans too realize that they do not open during hours listed, nor do they answer the number provided. Looks like it would have been nice. We probably would have spent more time and money in Hamlet but since their only tourists draw is the train depot we left early and very disappointed.

There is never any staff there. I am here no and it is like a Ghost Town Station.
