Columbia Sportswear Factory Store

I have always enjoyed the functionality and fit of Columbia clothing. This Columbia Outlet Store almost always has a very good selection and supply of high quality items. Prices are quite low and they have a constant supply of on sale items that rotates on a regular basis. Helpful staff ,fitting rooms, and lots of free parking at the Milpitas Great Mall.

Columbia sales are always cool. This is the one store you get genuine sales. Their winter Wear is always amazing. Got snow shoes for my kids and other stuff for me. Gloves, bags too have sales. Service is awesome and you can return anytime if you have receipt and merchandise is unworn

Customer service unprofessional, rude. One of there workers started arguing with me. Once I told this chic don't you argue with consumer. Manager was upset when i ask to talk to her. Once I said I told her it's fraud to have discounted items at percentage an not honor it, once I told her I work for the media her attitude changed. This store lacks serious improvement customer service knock off the attitude that won't get you anywhere. Go somewhere else where you won't get mistreated.

Pricing isn't good at all. Hanger doesn't match the actual size, employees not very helpful. All fitting rooms were locked and I wasn't able to find an employee to unlock them.
