I was in a time crunch situation a few months ago and the Owner of these apartments got me in pretty much immediately and made it very smooth for me, My apartment was renovated and is very pretty. I see that people have complained about bugs and I have not seen any at all of any kind. The Maintenance crew is amazing they do everything they can to fix any issues that may occur which haven't been many at all, but their quality of work is excellent. I was very leery to move to this part of Columbus but everyone I have encountered has been very nice and respectful. I am editing my review for others to see just how pretty the inside actually is! Looks on the outside can be deceiving
I love the concept of these apartments and am so glad to see them under new management and rebranding themselves. Such a valuable contribution to society is the concept of second chances. Especially in rentals where there often aren't many chances...! The new owner and the management I met were thorough and helpful!
These apartments are under new management, and they are definitely fixing it up! We haven't had any pests, and the new management has been on top of pets control so that it won't become an issue. We love the management, the neighborhood, and the community as a whole. The location is great!
Love this place moving in next month and my apartment has new everything up to date appliances backsplash in my kitchen and a pantry!! Let me just say this they work really hard with you when it comes to how you pay your rent you can pay weekly biweekly or monthly it’s so convenient and easy because they also have a app for that!! The property manager is so sweet and nice she’s amazing the owner of the complex he’s really understanding and very helpful!! The lady I met that lives there was really nice she told me and my mother she really enjoys living there all the neighbors are quite nice and respectful so that was also a plus for me!! 5 stars for sure!!
It's not a perfect place at all but for the area & with effort of the new management/staff. It's coming together & at the end of the day if your unit stays clean the roaches are minimal & pest control is consistent. I keep 91 percent alcohol on deck otherwise, it's a good sanitizing solution too! These new owners are understanding and communicate pretty well. They are definitely trying hard, you see the owner here frequently hands on getting stuff done himself
Any good review that you see on this website was either paid or it was the Landlord directly. This particular man will move you into an apartment that has bedbugs and roaches. He doesn’t care if you have babies or children he will say anything to you to get you to rent the place, he wants you locked into a lease so he can destroy peoples credit. I’m telling you that if you move into these apartments, it will be the worst experience of your life. And by the way, none of the actual pictures look anything like what’s inside of the apartment . I’m telling you leave this place alone. Just across the street it’s literally half of what he’s charging.
About three years ago I lived here, are they still eviction forgiving ? Management back then sucked. I have a friend looking for a place to stay for a bit and just need some basic info. Thanks
Nothing but good things to say about the Management. Very friendly and understanding.. just one of the reasons why I renewed my lease.
Not the best place , management of the property itself switches way too often and the owner isn't even in the state so management and maintenance is poor and the price for the quality is absolutely insane. It helped me in a time of need but broke my pockets. I'm so happy to be gone from their.
I lived here some years ago with the previous owners. Not only were they nasty to their tenants, but didn't care about fixing problems with the apartments. I have since moved back in since the new management has taken over. You definitely can see the change. Their doing their part to take care of ANY complaint we have, pest control comes out every month, staff is a lot nicer, and as long as your honest and talk to them, they will work with you when it comes to falling behind a little. I would definitely recommend these apartments to people. in fact I've had 2 different people move in, in the last few months.
