I truly cannot praise Bill from Columbus Cleaners enough. I had my maid-of-honor dress altered and had bra cups sewn in but they didn't come out exactly as I had wanted. I spoke with Bill and he went above and beyond even offered to drive to my house and pick up the dress! to make it right since the wedding was in just a few days. They re-adjusted the bra cups and stitched them in from the top which make the fit just perfect – I'm so happy with how the dress came out but even more satisfied with the superior level of customer service I received! Columbus Cleaners is the BEST dry cleaning service in the Boston area! The cleaning is impeccable, and the customer service is absolutely exceptional. Best cleaners in the South End by a mile! Went to a few others in the neighborhood and had a horrible experience. They’re quick, do quality work and best of all are super friendly.

I couldn't say enough nice things about Columbus Cleaners on Columbus Ave in the South End. I moved to this side of town and often find myself needing something hemmed, a zipper repaired, or alterations made. Look no further if you want to support a local business and want top-notch customer service. Communication, customer service, and efficiency are their top three qualities. The average turn around time for my items range anywhere from a few days to no more than a week. I highly recommend Columbus Cleaners for any of your hemming, alterations, and dry cleaning needs.

I rarely ever post reviews but the service here is incredible. I get alterations done here and their seamstress Claudia works magic. I’ve had some pretty difficult pieces fixed here and they’re always fulfilled seamlessly!

Left a shirt for dry cleaning and it was returned with 4 missing buttons and they decided without my permission to just replace the top one. What a joke of a business.

They managed to clean and restore my ruined jacket that I would have had to otherwise throw away. Highly recommend! There was a fast turnaround time as well. Great service overall.

Brought 2 pairs of jeans in to get hemmed asked to keep original hem so it doesn’t look like my mom did them at home this is what I received. Maybe I should have been more clear but am super disappointed.
