I HAVE CPU ELECTRIC THEY ARE A JOKE. THEY ARE ALLOW TO RIP PEOPLE OFF AND CHARGE WHATEVER PRICES THEY WANT. MY ELECTRIC IS MORE THAN MY RENT EVERY MONTH! THEY EVEN CHARGE ME FOR MONTHS MY ELECTRIC WASN'T ON....SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE BECAUSE MY BILL IS NOW $1224 AND I'M READY TO BEAT SOMEONES ASS!!

We have lived in several locations around Columbus over the last 25 years and owed our current home over 22 years. Yes, they do need to read meters at times but they do that outside now in our area. But previous to that if a reading was missed a card was left on the door with instructions on HOW to temporarily resolve the matter until the next reading. Never had a problem.

Dear City of Columbus public utilities - can you please tell me why you would shut off someone's water without notice? We received a note today stating that our water was turned off because we failed to schedule a water pressure test within the last 6 days. WTF is a water pressure test? You claim to have left a note on our door on April 21st stating the need for a test. FALSE! We received no such note. How about a call? Was it too much work to give us a call at the number you have listed in our account? Wouldn't the logical and courteous thing to do have been to give your customer a call before taking such drastic action? Did you ever think that this note you claim to have left may have blown away? Because I can assure you there was no such note on our door. Hey, maybe sending an actual letter in the mail could have worked. Or even an email. And also, what's the point of having an after hours emergency line if the agent cannot help? Having your emergency line agent tell me that I need to wait until the morning during normal business hours to call back was an additional 10 minutes of my life that was wasted. When I do call in the morning, how long will it take to restore service? Well you will be hearing from me in the morning. And you will also receive my hotel bill that I expect to be reimbursed by the city. And then you will also be taking money off of our next bill for this ridiculous inconvenience and lack of proper communication on your part. Talk to you soon. Thanks.

This website to locate a current water bill is absolutely the worst, most unfriendly, frustrating website that i ever use. AEP Is wonderful as an example and Columbia Gas is usable. This one was bad and then it was upgraded and made completely unusable for the concerned water customer of Columbus OH. Give my regards to the IT and web design departments, please
