WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! Do yourself a favor and never buy a piece of equipment from this place ever. No one calls you back when you have a problem but they sell you on customer service. I purchased an ice maker from this company for my restaurant and I might as well of flushed 1,300 down the drain. It's never worked properly, though I was PROMISED it was a reliable  and it's been a nightmare dealing with this company. Everyone of you at this company should be ashamed of yourselves!
