Comcast Service Center

I've had some horrible experiences with Comcast, but this center was great! The gentleman that was at the counter was extremely helpful and was not only able to answer our questions, but did so in a timely manner! I would recommend this location over all others. He even took the time to break down our final bill so we would know exactly what to expect and why certain things were on it. Great service all around!

I have always found the customer service at the Concord location to be friendly and helpful. They seem like they always to do their best to give me the service that matches my needs for the lowest rate they can, and not anything extra.

What can I say about Comcast that hasn't been said a million times...? Customer service is an absolute joke! I was told by a couple of Comcast techs that 75 to 80% of the coaxial cable in New England is outdated and corroded. Yet Comcast still charges full price for a deteriorating service... Blast internet? My 4G phone signal is faster... Talk about a monopoly. I wish there were several companies to compete for a decent internet service in our area.

They upped my monthly bundle by $10.00 without notice and while removing HBO (cut it off with no warning on a Friday night) from my bundle, yet my current bill still lists HBO as part of my bundle. Each time I speak with someone on the phone, or via chat, or in person I get different answers - all to no avail because the price is still increased and the bundle is decreased. This is the worst internet/cable company I've ever dealt with in several decades.

I cannot believe how fast the service was. I went in simply to return equipment. I was next in line which took only a few minutes when I was next being served. Compared to other locations I'd expected as much as 15 to 20 minutes but only a couple of minutes more I was out the door. And the Comcast representative had a smile that went from ear-to-ear. Amazing!
