New Hampshire Division of Child Support Services

I have called the number for Concord more times than I can count, and have never actually reached a human. It eventually hangs up on you. The state does not enforce anytime- if they did my son wouldn't be owed $20,000- that keeps increasing weekly. Their reasoning when u spoke to someone at the district office, is because they don't have a valid address to serve paperwork. This department is a disgrace, and a joke. Someone owing $20k in bad child support, you'd think wouldn't be roaming free. Has not even had license suspended.

They do not collect child support effectively it don't ex wouldn't be 19,000 plus behind. Rarely returning calls or have a logical answer.

This is pathetic. As citizens, I wonder how we can fix something like this? Whatever person is responsible for this project should be replaced with a more competent one.

Very incompetent loose paperwork, don't credit accounts, etc. If you don't have to deal with agency pay child support directly and press for it in your mediation or get it changed. If I knew how bad this was I would have never gone along with this they suck

I've been waiting to hear from someone at their office since January. I've had a difficult time reaching anyone by phone. Not sure how to get my questions answered. I'm so frustrated.
