Eversource

Once I got past the first person I spoke with. She put me on hold and left me there so I hung up and called back. The next person I spoke with was very courteous and helped me very much. He still needed to forward mr to someone else but again, the assastane I received was excellent. No need for me to be angry or unkind. Positive is always the best way. The only reason I did not give a 5 is because of the first young woman who wasn't helpful at all.

BE AWARE there is a popular scam going around where someone calls you claiming to be from eversource and your electricity is about to be shut off because your last few payments haven't been received. If you pay them $XXX they will cancel the work order. ITS A SCAM

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Absolutely no professionalism, absolutely not trustworthy, I would never recommend this company to anyone in the entire world. They are the absolute worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. If you have any other choice at all take it!

Was just visited by a rep claiming to check to ensure we’re on the lowest rate. Blocked out account number on bill so he couldn’t memorize it. He reeked of weed🤫
