Comcast Service Center

Worst company in existence. Changes channels and puts them in higher programs for their own income potential and benefit. Definitely not a customer service friendly company.

Was having an issue with my bill and they were happy to look at the issue and had it fixed on no time.

I could not be any less satisfied. Im paying for the "best highspeed" internet yet my internet restarts by itself AT LEAST 5 times a day. Absolutely ridiculous

First, takes forever to find service number through internet. Called this number and am directed to DISH SALES. when the title is "Comcast Service Center" Could go on for another ten pages. One good note. The last man did come and fixed the problem. (I insisted on getting a direct connection to upstairs study) This stil works but wifi, my cable have not worked for several months. Too hard to reach Comcast. Am trying again. Put on hold two minutes. Then disconnected. Willl call back .

HAD to upgrade to x1 box, left work 2 hours early for tech from 2-4. No tech. On the phone with a supervisor PROMISING tech will be here the NEXT day 8-10, no tech, called again, hour long call now promising 9-12. 7 hours of waiting for a tech, and total of 3 hours on the phone in 2 days. 9 HOURS of Comcast dropping the ball and they offered $20 off my bill? Really? I can not wait until a competitor comes to NH and everyone jumps ship.
