Comcast Service Center

It's Comcast, don't get me wrong. But the people who work at this facility are very nice and friendly.

Went to adress some issues with my xfinity wireless . kept me waiting for over a hour told me problem was fixed . as soon as i walked out of the store the issue was back with my phone . they keep telling me its a new product for them .. They should at least have staff that know how the phone / plan works .. Hopefully they will adress these issues . i suggest trying the messenger app to adress any issues they seemed better equipped to help me .

To slow you get faster service in Lawrence or methuen. Plus soon I walked in the women looked at me like I was gonna rob the place. Felt unwelcome as she kept looking at me and made me feel uncomfortable

They are always helpful and friendly, so glad they didn't close down this office!

We have them for cable. I think it's too expensive and the basic package literally just gives u about 10 channels so u gotta get next one up for $140 which includes Wi-Fi and home phone
