Hello I am Donna West. I am the biological grandmother of Kaeleigh Marie. I have been fighting for her for 6 months. Allison Kolozsvary was assigned to my granddaughter and her biological mother. Kathy and Don Stebbins which are the guardians over the biological mother went for emergency guardianship over my granddaughter due to drug use from my son and his girlfriend. I was going for guardianship because I am the only biological grandmother to Kaeleigh.Don and Kathy are not biological. Our first guardianship case was on Aug. 28 2013. In this session Allison Kolozsvary stood up and introduced herself and told the judge there was no talk about adoption for 2 months. But then 2 weeks later adoption papers were being signed. Allison out right lied to the judge. I want this to be investigated!!! I am a 37 year old single parent. Kathy didn't think I or any of my family was good enough. How can this be when she isn't even biological anything to my granddaughter she said she needs a mother and a father. If that's the case why did a same sex couple adopt her that are 37 years old. Kaeleigh will still not have a father figure and the only difference between me and the adoptive parents are that I am not married and I rent my home. But I do also own my business that I live above. So I would not trust this office til they get help that actually does their job truthfully. Hopfully this will be investigated to the fullest.
