Unfortunately they are totally useless and unhelpful. Zero Star if it is an option. It would be better to call xfinity customer service to make your requests done. I hope they will be improved in the future.

I have never in my life dealt with a business that has such horrible customer service.  First Willam signed us up and outright lied about the price. We spoke with the manager who laughed at us saying there is nothing we can do they can charge what they want. Avoid this company!!!

I know Comcast gets a bad reputation, but it's no fault of the local office. They're very helpful and friendly people working here.

Many of the reviews here seem to be reflecting the corporation as a whole, which yes, can be pretty awful for customer service.
