Terrible customer service! DO NOT CONDUCT BUSINESS HERE! There is a store on ponce de Leon as well as a Douglasville location! These 3 particular individuals shown in the picture did not know what they were doing! I wanted to return 3 devices and pick up 3 more devices but of course they made it very difficult to do so. The light skin girl with the all black on in the picture with dreadlocks was the one helping me and he was confused the entire time . .the other young lady in the all black to the left of the picture with the baby dreadlocks in his head followed me around the store the entire time being a Nuisance and I felt very uncomfortable . .he was absolutely NO HELP AT ALL! The young lady to the right of the picture in all black was supposed to help me after the light skin girl with the dreadlocks in his head decided he no longer wanted to assist me because HE DID NOT KNOW WHAT HE WAS DOING! Me and the light skin girl with dreadlocks exchange a few words because he wanted to argue vs being professional and trying to defuse the situation! The girl to the right in the picture stepped in and asked me to leave the store, as if she did not witness what had just happen. Of course she has no rank and no professionalism at all because any person of higher rank would have made sure the customer left the store satisfied! I almost forgot to mention that the manager or whoever he suppose to be is the bald head black guy in the picture and he was there, witness everything and DID NOT step in and said NOTHING! I am not completely upset with this store team, I’m actually more upset at myself because I rarely conduct business in the black community due to the unprofessionalism that is often displayed within! This store location today definitely proved my point, AGAIN! Dear young black people . .you all have to do better! Respectfully, A very humble individual

Just walked in the door. There is a lobby full of people. The rep says to me have a seat and someone will be with you. I stood there becaue someone here should be checking me in. A rep finally came over and checked not only me in but everyone that was sitting in the lobby waiting. This place is unorganized. I came here for an exchange on my lunch break. Looks like I alone with other people will be here for awhile. While one rep is on the floor doing absolutely nothing COMCAST you have to do better.
Over the past 5 yrs, I've come here several times, and have only had bad service where a brutal mistake was made once. Every other time the crew here is great. Comcast is a horrible company with more hidden fees than Vegas and several bad technicians, but this is a pretty good location.
It was a wait when I got there and it was very crowded but fortunately just as I was ready to walk about a young lady by the name Dayam helped me and my children out she was so sweet patient and she got me all up and running in no time I highly recommend this Customer Service Tech if you go and want it done right ask for Day I give her 10 stars all by herself no one else even looked in my direction to help
I recommend if you go here only ask for Day she was a sweet heart and had everything setup in a breeze wish I could give more stors to just her
Came in and seen Dayam p She was very nice until I got home and found out she lied to me about hooking up the Wi-Fi service is very complicated it's not easy how she said Xfinity/Comcast just ruined my morning really just ruined my morning
I walked in and the Seciruty Guard immediately greeted me and let me know I'd be helped soon. The place was packed! Everyone working here was doing something. Explaining the services, the charges, the equipment, ect. I was waiting maybe 5 minutes before Anthony popped up and asked if I'd been helped. I explained that a storm fried my router and before I could tell him Customer Service said I could go to any store, he was already reaching out for the destroyed equipment. He said everything was fine and walked off. Three minutes later, he's back with a receipt and brand new unit. AMAZING! THANK YOU!
I came in because I had cancelled my phone plan with them and was still getting charged. The associate was on auto pilot and kept telling me I needed to turn in my router….what?? When he finally stopped trying to talk over me and show me what a Wi-Fi router was and and listened that I was there for my phones he told me to call their main line and talk to someone else. Then he went on break.
