Comfort One Shoes

I purchased a beautiful pair of shoes for the holiday and was very pleased with the attentive service and value for money. Richard clearly explained the return policy which was reasonable and fair.I will definitely add this store to my keeper list.

This place has comfortable shoes but the styles were unappealing me. Especially at well over $100 dollars for most. The socks and back support items were more appealing than the shoes.

I tried to return unworn shoes because the Foot and Ankle Clinic doc at a big good hospital said they were bad for plantar fasciitis as this place had said. The salesclerk/manager was unapologetically and overtly rude, as if he was glad to be rid of a customer in pain and need. This joint is Comfort None.

I tried to return shoes which were very uncomfortable after wearing. The clerk became annoyed because I wore them. How do you know if shoes are uncomfortable without wearing them once. They claim to be Comfort One. Now I am stuck with an expensive pair of shoes I can't wear.

I bought a pair of sandals and asked for another pair to be brought in that were my size. I returned an insole unworn and that was 6 eeks ago ,still havent been compensated despite 3 calls to the store! This is unacceptable.
