The ladies in the bakery is very nice. I once got some bread for a dollar short, they said never mind, and let me grab the bread. I put back a few bucks the next time I went there. They also gave me some discount sometimes. I got two bags of bread and cake for $15. They don't take card, so get some cash from bank before you go. The food is alright, you can't beat the price.
Very very very bad experience. The bun taste very oily and not fresh. They don’t accept pennies and won’t give you quarters for change. I will not recommend this place to anyone. And. I want to know, are pennies not money???? Do quarters have a special use?
Small place with standard fare of buns. Great coconut buns not too sweet and just slightly savory!
It is a typical Chinese bakery with the standard pastries and food. The place looks very professional and clean. I am a fan of efficiency and this bakery is very quick and getting your order and giving your food. The downside to this is that I feel very rushed. I understand that it is the work culture, but the way they take your money, give you change, and rush off even if there aren't that many customers in line. The customer service is still there so I don't really mind. They even offered to reheat the cold dumpings for me I went in the afternoon. Overall it is a good bakery and it is in the perfect location of being near the 18th Ave D train station. If I need a quick drink or bite to eat when I wait for the train, I'll definitely come back.
This place is a reasonably-priced hidden gem with delicious buns.
Great little bakery! Right by the train station and the food is great at amazing prices! I wish I lived closer!
Standing there and all 4 cashiers didn’t ask for my order. ???
One of my favorite bakeries, very friendly and welcoming!
Terrible place! If you are white - you have to wait until they finish with chinise! Doesn't matter who was first in line!
Terrible service !! The bubble tea tasted bad and they didn’t want to give me my money back.
